Yulo, PH gymnasts arrive at Olympic Village

MANILA, Philippines—Filipino gymnasts, led by two-time Olympian Carlos Yulo, have arrived on the Olympic Village in France forward of the Paris Summer season Video games, which formally opens on Friday (Saturday in Manila).

The Olympic Village is predicted to accommodate greater than 14,000 athletes.

Yulo, Aleah Finnegan and Emma Malabuyo posted about their arrival on social media on Saturday.

The 24-year-old Yulo is among the many first Filipino athletes who will first plunge into motion within the Paris Video games together with boxer Eumir Marcial and rower Joanie Delgaco.

The Philippines has 22 bets competing in 9 sports activities in Paris.

Yulo, a world champion in ground train in 2019 and vault in 2021, hopes to redeem himself on the Olympic stage after failing to reside as much as expectations on the Tokyo Video games three years in the past.
